In January, I participated in the “freshman class” of Chalene Johnson’s 30-day challenge to master organization and achieve your goals. For the first month of 2011, I did daily tasks to move myself toward my goals. Since then, I have continued to practice the habits that I established in the challenge, and it has changed my life for the better! I keep an organized to-do list, and every day, I take actions to move me toward my most important goals. The challenge is so simple to do but the rewards are so great!
